Job Summary

Hibu seeks an Outside Sales Representative to promote our digital marketing solutions to small business owners. Candidates will receive extensive training and the opportunity to develop a book of business with uncapped commissions.

Year 1 target earnings range from $90,000 to $110,000, with the potential for growth through residual commissions.

• Offering websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO
• Cold‑calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Building a book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions through effective account management
• Performing virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects
• Building strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries, ensuring each day is unique
