- Corporate Secretary:
Automating company incorporation, secretarial, filing, Nominee Director, mailroom and immigration processes via custom online robots and Sleek Sign. We are the market leaders in Singapore with 5% market share of all new business in corporations. - Accounting & Bookkeeping:
Redefining accounting, bookkeeping, tax and payroll with our Sleek Books ledger, AI tools and exceptional customer service. - Fin Tech payments:
Providing digital banking services to new businesses.
Sleek launched in 2017 and serves around 15,000 customers across offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK, with around 450 staff. We have achieved strong growth and are recognized by leading publications; we aim to be cash-flow positive and tech-enabled from Singapore.

RequirementsWe are looking for a Partnerships Executive to join our Singapore Partnerships team. This hunter-focused role involves identifying, approaching and activating new partners to fuel Sleek's growth in Singapore. You will work closely with and report to the Strategic Partnerships Manager, who will guide deal structuring and partner strategy. Your job is to find partners, open doors and generate leads.
Mission
Build a strong, active pipeline of new partnership leads that drives incremental customer acquisition for Sleek Singapore.
Outcomes
- Acquire 10 new partners per month which bring new customers to Sleek
- Drive activity of partners that you own to generate at least 30 new customers per month
- Proactively identify and approach potential partners across Fintech, eCommerce, professional services, immigration and other relevant industries
- Execute outreach campaigns to engage prospective partners, set up meetings, and move leads through the pipeline
- Support the onboarding and activation of newly signed partners, ensuring they are equipped to refer clients to Sleek
- Track and maintain pipeline activity in CRM tools; report regularly on outreach volume, conversion rates and partner performance
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and operations teams to support partner-facing materials, co-marketing activities and referral processes
- Monitor partner activity and flag underperforming relationships to the Strategic Partnerships Manager with proposed actions
You will contribute to the milestones above through the partnerships you identify and activate.
Experience & Skills- 2-5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales or account management, ideally in a tech startup, Fintech or eCommerce environment
- Proven ability to prospect and generate leads; comfortable with cold outreach and the hunting mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage and build rapport with partners across industries
- Organised and self-motivated — able to manage your own pipeline, follow up consistently and keep things moving
- Proficient with data and CRM tools to track activity and report on results; an advocate for using AI to be more effective
- Based in Singapore
- Experience in Fintech, eCommerce or Employer of Record (EOR) industries is a plus but not required
- Ownership: reliability, accountability and proactive problem-solving to keep things moving
