Pacaso is seeking an Ownership Advisor to join our remote sales team. You’ll work with national prospective buyers to convert them into Pacaso homeowners, qualifying leads, and presenting the co-ownership model with a consultative approach.
You’ll collaborate across sales, marketing, and acquisitions, forecast weekly, meet KPI targets, and travel quarterly to support regional efforts. A real estate license or tour experience is preferred and a BA degree is valued.
