Inside Sales Representative Composite Power Group

The Inside Sales Representative will support a dynamic team in providing exceptional customer service and sales support. This full-time position requires building trust-based partnerships while working with our high-voltage equipment portfolio. You will learn about products essential for the power transmission and distribution sector and operate from a home office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily customer inquiries and RFQ/RFP requests

• Prepare quotes using CRM software for clientele

• Build relationships with key clients and industry partners

• Submit timely proposals while ensuring customer satisfaction

• Negotiate pricing as necessary on proposals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

• 5-7 years in the electric utility industry

• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft 365

• Strong organizational and autonomous work skills

• Knowledge of engineering drawings preferred
