Job OverviewAt Crowd Strike, we’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high‑performing sales team in the United Arab Emirates. In this hybrid‑remote role you’ll be at the forefront of our go‑to‑market strategy—connecting with enterprise and corporate‑level prospects across South Africa to identify new opportunities and expand our customer base. The team is located in Dubai and operates in a hybrid‑remote model (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
WhatYou’ll Do
- Actively engage prospective customers to identify new opportunities for Crowd Strike over the phone.
- Run a structured and consultative sales process from prospecting to closure.
- Discover and drive new business opportunities within corporate or enterprise accounts.
- Conduct high‑level discovery calls with the C‑suite and their VPs.
- Become a cybersecurity expert and thought leader.
- Earn a black‑belt in competitive selling and objection handling.
- Collaborate with marketing and channel partners to execute a successful go‑to‑market strategy.
- Provide exceptional and high‑touch customer service, including escalation and coordination of support issues as needed.
- Become an insider within the cybersecurity industry and become an expert on Crowd Strike products.
- Stay well educated on the Crowd Strike competitive landscape and how to sell the value of our solutions.
- A strong desire to create a successful career in technology sales.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly.
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision‑making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
- Competitive nature, but also a collaborative team player.
- Strong presentation skills, both in person and via virtual channels.
- Customer service background is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
