Ruminant Nutrition Consultant in Alberta

Elevate the agricultural sector as a Ruminant Nutrition Consultant with GVF Group in Southern Alberta. Provide expert nutritional consulting and tailored strategies to dairy and beef producers.

In this role, you will directly support livestock farmers by optimizing feeding strategies for enhanced profitability and animal performance. Utilizing Nutrition Dynamic Systems software, you will help create advanced ration formulations that align with clients' operational goals. Working from your home office in Lethbridge, you will travel to customer farms up to five days a week to deliver hands-on support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong client base by identifying business opportunities

• Provide nutritional consulting using advanced software solutions

• Optimize production with innovative feeding strategies

• Maintain strong relationships with local farmers

• Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Requirements:

• Degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or Business

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

• Valid Canadian Driver's License required

• Ability to travel within territory regularly
