Oncology & Field Sales Specialist – Southeast​/South

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Johnson and Johnson client partners resource teams
• Utilize a multifaceted approach to communicate with key accounts
• Conduct outbound calls to enhance product knowledge
• Educate via Zoom or live face-to-face with key stakeholders
• Serve as the key conduit for resource allocation and utilization within the territory
• Convey complex clinical, diagnostics and access information to customers

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited school required
• 3 years sales experience in pharma/biotech/device required
• 2 years Remote/Inside sales experience preferred
• Oncology sales experience preferred
• Self‑motivated with track record of sales success in prior roles
• Superior communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work from home
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and computer skills essential
• Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives
• Proven ability to communicate complex clinical messages with customers
• Knowledge of the reimbursement and fulfillment pathway for specialty products
• Strong account management skills

Demonstrates expertise in pharmaceutical sales with a focus on oncology, utilizing strong communication skills to convey complex clinical information. Proven ability to manage key accounts and exceed sales objectives while working remotely.
