Formic is seeking an Automation Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and regional expansion. You will craft a strategic territory plan, gain deep knowledge of local manufacturers, and build trusted relationships with manufacturers, integrators, and partners.
You will lead commercial negotiations and own the full sales cycle from first contact to contract execution. You will collaborate with Engineering and Solutions teams, qualify opportunities, and maintain a strong pipeline.
