Pink Zebra Moving of Chagrin Falls is looking for an energetic and driven Sales Lead to join our growing team in Cleveland, OH! This is your chance to be a key player in a fun, customer-focused moving company that's redefining the relocation experience. • Generate and follow up on leads to drive new residential and commercial moving business
• Conduct in-home or virtual estimates and consultations with prospective customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with operations staff to ensure smooth handoff from sale to service delivery
• Manage and update CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information
• Represent the Pink Zebra brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all customer touchpoints

• 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in moving, logistics, home services, or a related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Comfortable conducting in-home estimates and consultations
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a positive team player
