Sales Process Specialist

Position: Sales Process Specialist Hybrid Role
Become a Sales Process Specialist with a hybrid model at UL Solutions in Toronto, driving customer success post-sales. Leverage your expertise in testing and certification processes to enhance relationships.

This role is intended for professionals who have a strong background in customer service and inside sales. You will coordinate with customers to ensure they successfully meet TIC certification requirements and provide ongoing support. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee post-sales activities for TIC certification compliance

• Build trust with customers and direct internal teams as needed

• Handle various product and technical issues for clients

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• At least 2 years of related experience in sales/customer service
