Regional Sales Manager

Are you an experienced field sales professional with a passion for developing new business and building long-term customer relationships?

Our client is a market-leading manufacturer of vehicle lighting and safety solutions, supplying OEMs, distributors, fleet operators and commercial vehicle customers across the UK and Europe. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Regional Business Development Manager to drive sales across Northern UK.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of existing key accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities. Working with distributors, OEMs, body builders, fleet operators and end users, you'll promote a market-leading range of commercial vehicle products, provide technical support and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop new business while growing existing accounts.

* Manage key distributor and customer relationships.

* Deliver product demonstrations and technical training.

* Maintain CRM records, forecasts and sales activity.

* Attend customer meetings, trade shows and industry events.

* Travel throughout the territory, including overnight stays.

Experience

Required:

* Proven field sales, account management or business development experience.

* Background in automotive lighting, commercial vehicle components, automotive, engineering, manufacturing or industrial products.

* Strong relationship-building and commercial skills with a track record of driving sales growth.

* Self-motivated, organised and comfortable managing a regional territory.

* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
