Key Account Manager, Aerospace Market Responsibilities

• Support and further develop customer portfolios in all commercial and technical matters. Maintain a healthy CRM opportunity pipeline, activity and task management, and ensure all contacts are kept current.
• Acquire new business and further develop the existing product range.
• During product development and creation process, advise customers in close cooperation with engineering R&D experts and create tailor‑made and convincing offers.
• Continuously analyze market conditions, price levels, recognize trends, create strategies, and contribute actively to the achievement of operational goals and sustainable company success.
• Ensure communication and implementation of the offering strategy in defined focus areas and implement strategic goals for profitable business growth in the general industry focus markets.
• Manage and communicate the Key Account Plan, conduct consistent Key Account meetings, and maintain a deep industry understanding.

• Determined, communicative, and customer‑oriented personality with a high affinity for the elastomer industry.
• Ability to identify new opportunities in the general industry market and close them with new and existing customers.
• Good analytical, technical and financial skills. Strong interpersonal skills for cross‑functional work, good team player, and right autonomy.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
• Work from home office and travel for customer visits, conferences, and within Datwyler.
• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

• Pay: 125k-130k per year
