The Commission Sales Associate is a full‑time, hybrid role based in Tri‑Cities, WA. This role is responsible for identifying and contacting prospective small business clients through cold and warm outreach, presenting Cosmic Marketing's services, and closing commission‑based sales. Day‑to‑day activities include building and managing a pipeline of leads, conducting in‑person and phone consultations, and tailoring service recommendations to client needs. The associate will follow up regularly with prospects, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.

The role requires a mix of in‑person and remote work, a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets, and proactive participation in local networking and promotional events.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a willingness to learn sales and negotiation techniques.
• Customer service and relationship‑building abilities to support a people‑first, client‑centric experience.
• Interest in digital marketing and branding concepts; willingness to learn how to clearly explain Cosmic Marketing's services.
• Comfort with using (or learning) CRM tools, email, and online communication platforms for tracking and follow‑up.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, professional presentation style.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• No prior sales experience required; we'll train the right person. A hunger to learn and a competitive drive matter more than a resume.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or communications is a plus.
• Must be based in the Tri‑Cities, WA area and available for hybrid work, including occasional evenings or weekends as business needs require.
