talentpluto is seeking an Account Executive to manage enterprise-level deals with inbound exposure and a strong emphasis on relationship-building. You will coordinate with founders, C-suite, and risk advisors to close complex opportunities while handling a roughly $1.5M annual quota within ~3-month cycles.
The role rewards performance with a fully remote setup in the United States and an aggressive compensation structure including a base salary of $120K–$150K plus a 2x OTE (50/50 split).
