Job Description s
- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan & calon pelanggan melalui telepon
- Memberikan solusi kebutuhan pendidikan dan menawarkan produk yang sesuai
- Melakukan follow up kepada pengguna untuk berlangganan layanan berbayar
- Minimal SMA/SMK dengan pengalaman 1–2 tahun di Telesales/Telemarketing/CC Outbound/Desk Collection/Sales
- Domisili Yogyakarta
- Komunikatif, persuasif, dan memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang baik
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office
- Target oriented dan terbiasa dengan deadline
- Bersedia training offline di 2 minggu pertama bekerja, setelah itu remote/WFH
