We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to oversee the Everett/Edmonds, WA and surrounding territory in this unique community‑based opportunity. Starting salary is $80,169 per year with an earning potential of a six‑figure income after 5 years of successful service as an Account Executive/University Development Counselor.

New hire training will be held in‑person at our Phoenix, AZ campus. Grand Canyon Education offers a generous benefits package, including 100% tuition‑free education for employees through the Master’s degree program level and 75% coverage at the Doctorate degree program level. • Strategy and execution:
  Identify and implement event/activity plans for your territory, build awareness of our online academic programs for education, healthcare and business, and drive inquiry generation. Shape high‑impact partnerships and execute daily work through presentations, calls, and emails, iterating to maximize value.
• Partner and influencer:
  Provide exceptional counseling to prospective students, their families and partners through in‑person, phone, or email. Champion the GCE mission, promoting Grand Canyon University student success and institutional growth.
• Heart and Hustle:
  Support prospective Grand Canyon University students through the admissions process, using critical thinking to guide them toward a successful online learning experience. Work independently and meet ambitious targets.

• A bachelor’s degree. No delinquent or federal student loan charge‑off. If in a rehabilitation program, credit report must reflect current status.
• Outstanding time‑management skills:
  Prioritize competing priorities while traveling.
• Clear communication skills:
  Explain complex ideas simply, communicate in person, writing and on the phone, and listen well.
• Self‑motivation and drive:
  Volunteer for new challenges and take ownership of student interactions.
• High emotional intelligence:
  Coach diverse students and nurture partner relationships with empathy.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and flexible schedule:
  Clean driving record and personal vehicle for extensive travel; evening or weekend availability may be required.
• Computer literacy:
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools for accountability.
