Compensation & LocationSalary: $75,000–$84,000, dependent on experience.

- Manage all sales activities for assigned accounts to achieve or exceed bookings and margin goals.
- Drive new business revenue aggressively while ensuring strong profitability.
- Partner with Client Success and Solutions Partners to collaborate and close business.
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts of sales volume weekly and monthly.
- Assist in developing the strategic plan and annual budget by providing sales projections and outlook.
- Prepare sales reports, market assessment reports, program updates, account strategy plans, and weekly reports; maintain accurate activity notes within Salesforce.
- Advises senior management of market trends, account problems, and business risks/opportunities that could materially impact performance.
- Recommend improvements to sales processes and procedures.
- Conduct bi‑weekly POD meetings with team members, Sales Support staff, and Solutions Experts to ensure alignment with goals; may assist with team calls or stand‑up meetings.
- Leverage industry events, networking opportunities, associations, and trade shows to build relationships and promote Experity’s portfolio of products.
- Employ social selling techniques.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three years of proven Healthcare SaaS sales experience.
- Ability to think on your feet: analyze and solve problems with varying degrees of complexity.
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships internally and externally.
- Experience working in systems (CRM, ERP, Sales Forecasting).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing tasks or priorities.
- Experience selling Revenue Cycle and/or PM/EMR products and services.
Ability to travel as needed.
