Senior Sales Representative

Job Description

Salary: $50K Base OTE of $85K to $125K+ with uncapped commission.

Location:

West Jordan, Utah (less than 5 minutes from I-15) Redwood Road and 9000 South.

Work from home one day per week;
Little to no travel required.

• Increase revenue by conducting discovery and needs analysis with leads, uncovering pain points, and setting appointments for the closer.
• Perform live transfers and follow‑up calls, texts, and emails to nurture prospects and manage the pipeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM data for every conversation.
• Meet performance metrics: 20+ conversations per day, 4+ hours of daily talk time, 6.5 appointments per day, and 20 new leads per day.

• Stable work history with no more than two jobs in the last five years.
• Not self‑employed in the past six months.
• 2+ years of phone‑heavy experience, making 20+ calls per day with at least 4 hours of talk time.
• Proven track record of meeting performance metrics and KPIs.
• Recognition for achievements in personal, professional, or sports settings.
• Experience following a strict call flow and script in a sales environment.
• Competent phone skills, confident, and able to put callers at ease.
• Comfortable with VOIP phone systems and CRM contact‑management software (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce).

• History of hitting quota and strong phone sales experience.
• Proficiency with G‑Suite.
• General computer awareness relevant to sales.
