The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers and drive sales as scheduled.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to drive businesses in new and existing channels and markets.
- Partner with turf management companies or related partners to expand our sales.
- Provide demo, training and essential technical advice/support to partners or potential clients.
- Participate in national professional exhibitions and shows and visit partners for demonstration and training.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in turf management, gardening equipment or agriculture equipment business, with equipment operation experience.
- 3+ years of sales experience and a proven track record.
- Excellent customer communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Up to 50% of time on demonstration and on-site training.
- Ability to drive equipment to different cities to give demos independently.
Remote work communication experience with international headquarters.
