Role Description This remote Independent Sales Consultant contract role focuses on identifying prospective clients, presenting solutions, and supporting the sales cycle from initial outreach to closing. The consultant will conduct virtual meetings, assess client needs, and provide tailored recommendations to improve outcomes and drive revenue. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing a personal sales pipeline, preparing proposals, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM tools.
The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders as needed, monitoring market trends, and ensuring a positive client experience through responsive communication and ongoing support.
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and general Consulting skills to assess client needs and recommend effective solutions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present offerings clearly, negotiate terms, and build long‑term relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a high‑quality experience and repeat business.
- Candidates should possess relevant experience in remote or independent sales roles, including managing a pipeline and working with CRM software.
- Candidates should possess strong self‑management, time‑management, and organizational abilities to work effectively on a contract, remote basis.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency with digital tools (video conferencing, email platforms, spreadsheets) and an understanding of consultative selling techniques.
