Role Description This full-time Sales Account Executive role is a hybrid position based in Las Vegas, NV, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Sales Account Executive is responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective clients, developing new business opportunities, and managing a portfolio of accounts to drive enrollment and retention in Select Health plans. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, explaining plan benefits, responding to inquiries from employers and members, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and renewal process.
The role involves nurturing relationships with brokers, community partners, and group decision-makers, tracking sales activity and pipeline metrics, and maintaining accurate documentation in CRM systems. The Sales Account Executive also monitors market trends, participates in outreach events, and upholds compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and prospecting to identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Account Management and Customer Service to maintain client satisfaction, manage renewals, and address member and employer needs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Communication (verbal and written) and Relationship Building to present complex benefit information clearly and foster long-term partnerships.
- Relevant additional qualifications include experience in health insurance or healthcare sales, proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Preferred qualifications include prior B2B sales experience, knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plans, and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
