Job DescriptionWe are seeking motivated and ambitious early‑career Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help drive pipeline growth for our Trade Credit Insurance (TCI) business across the U.S. This role is designed as an entry point into a long‑term sales career, offering structured development, dedicated sales training, and a clear progression into a revenue‑generating Business Development Officer (BDO) position. It is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to break into B2B sales within a high‑growth, recession‑resilient industry.
As an SDR, you will build foundational sales skills in prospecting, relationship‑building, and consultative selling while partnering closely with experienced sales professionals. High performers will have a defined pathway into a BDO role with direct ownership of client relationships and revenue targets.
Responsibilities- Generate and qualify new leads through outbound outreach, inbound follow‑up, and prospecting activities.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities to support sales targets and regional growth objectives.
- Engage target personas through phone, email, and other digital channels.
- Apply qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT) to assess and prioritize leads before handing off to Sales.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment on target accounts, campaigns, and messaging.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), including prospect interactions, lead status, and pipeline activity.
- High School Degree (required). Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (inside or outside), customer‑facing roles, or sales internships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High motivation, resilience, and a “hunter/closer” mentality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
