Account Executive

Overview

We're currently seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our growing "Go-to-Market Dream Team" in Lisbon. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our next phase of growth and company impact.

This range is provided by Sama. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range:

• Be the CEO of your territory: finding, meeting, negotiating, and closing new clients.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.

• You have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Account Executive
• You have a minimum of 3 years of B2B SaaS experience
• Experience selling directly to HR/L&D
• You have done 360 degree sales (owning sourcing to closing)
• Sold to US, UK or Ireland
• Enjoy working in a startup environment
• You are fluent and incredibly articulate in English, both verbal and written

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are autonomous
• You're able to work in an environment with limited structure and processes
• You're obsessed with building end-to-end sales systems and processes that fuel sustainable revenue growth
• You're excited to tackle new challenges head-on

• €60, + commission + equity
