Gillis is seeking a Regional Director of Sales to lead strategic, outbound sales for a portfolio of six multi-branded hotels across Canada and the USA. This remote role reports to the Executive Director of Sales Performance and requires travel for in-market visits (2–4 times per year).
The position offers a base salary of $70K USD with quarterly incentives and an annual profit-sharing bonus, plus 31 paid days off, comprehensive benefits, and team offsites.
