What you’ll do

• Sell business applications software/solutions to prospective and existing clients.
• Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
• Provide insight on finance solutions linked to Oracle’s product suite.
• Collaborate with sales executives to address customer challenges.
• Find technical solutions aligning with customer requirements.

• Minimum of 10 years B2B enterprise application sales in the Retail vertical.
• Previous track record of success working with Fortune 50 Retail clients.
• Ability to manage large, cross‑functional teams across multiple pillars to align and execute on a shared vision.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain C‑Level relationships.
• A partnership‑first mentality.

• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives, pain points and technology landscape through strong, long‑term relationships with key decision makers within assigned accounts.
• Build and maintain a collaborative, multi‑year roadmap with each key client that enables further adoption of the Oracle Retail Platform.
• Act as an advisor to the client and deliver value outside the typical sales cycle.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, exceeding quota and revenue targets.
