Key Responsibilities:

• Create and curtail governance of sales enablement content

• Partner with teams to produce tailored training materials

• Design learning paths for onboarding and ongoing development

• Track sales team progress using Salesforce and other tools

• Conduct workshops and enablement sessions for skill updates

Requirements:

• Background in sales enablement or technology learning

• Understanding of methodologies such as Value Selling

• Proficient with enablement platforms like Highspot and Gong

• Strong collaboration skills across multiple departments

• Passion for enhancing individual sales capabilities
