Position Summary
The Remote Engagement Sales Representative engages Health Care Professionals (HCPs) through telephone conversation and virtual meetings to promote client products, maximize sales potential, and meet program objectives. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with HCPs, educating them on product features, benefits, safety profiles, and approved indications, and collaborating with client and Amplity field-based teams.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities- Manage daily sales call activity to influence customers and increase product sales.
- Promote client products via telephone and virtual calls (outbound/inbound, digital video meetings) by conducting in-depth product discussions with assigned HCP targets.
- Profile and manage a company-provided list of HCPs and provide value-added benefits to grow product volume.
- Create and implement business plans to achieve territory and business sales goals.
- Maintain call productivity and required metrics for the program.
- Achieve quarterly client sales quotas.
- Communicate with customers using strong selling, listening, and negotiation skills while using approved promotional aids.
- Respond to customer needs and questions within expected timelines.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of client products and program requirements.
- Complete accurate data entry in Amplity/Client CRM systems (target responses, call activity, product orders, follow-up actions).
- Fully comply with all laws, regulations, Amplity policies, the Code of Conduct, privacy, data guidelines, and relevant state and federal laws.
Reports to Amplity Sales Manager or Program Director, collaborates with assigned program team members and Amplity home‑office support, and maintains a positive relationship with customers and client contacts.
Education and Experience Required- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of life science or related sales experience.
- Proven record of consistent sales success.
- Flexibility to cover multiple time zones as needed.
- Strong clinical acumen and learning agility.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong rapport‑building and active listening skills.
- Effective selling, closing, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical/medical terminology.
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
- Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with strong organization and planning skills.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital meeting platforms.
