Job Summary

Your role will focus on sales, client relationships, and customer service, keeping every day exciting and rewarding.

• Morning Check-In:
  Review project leads, scheduled meetings, and follow up with potential clients.
• Client Meetings:
  Meet homeowners to discuss needs, present siding solutions, and provide detailed project quotes, building trust and closing sales.
• Follow-Ups:
  Follow up on leads and build relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
• Problem-Solving:
  Address client questions or concerns promptly and work with your team to provide exceptional service.
• Daily Wrap-Up:
  Review progress, evaluate your sales pipeline, and plan for the next day to ensure you meet your goals.

• Experience in sales, ideally in construction, renovation, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client relationship management.
• Tech‑savvy:
  Comfortable using software to track leads, generate reports, and manage client interactions.
• Problem‑solving ability:
  Skilled at handling client concerns and delivering quick, practical solutions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
• Must be able to relocate to the franchise location if not currently local.
