Reporting to the Sales Director Switzerland, you will play a key role in expanding our footprint. Your mission includes:

Strategy & Growth:
Help to develop and deliver a strong go-to-market plan for Switzerland and efficiently deploy C Wire's sales strategy.

Revenue Generation:
Generate new revenue in the Swiss media market by growing business from existing partners and identifying new prospective agencies and advertisers.

Portfolio Management:
Develop and manage a profitable portfolio of national and regional advertisers and their media agency partners. Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve sales targets.

Client Consulting:
Attend weekly sales meetings and presentations with agencies and clients to discuss strategy and C Wire positioning. Advise clients, create brand loyalty, and successfully negotiate sales contracts.

Independently create high quality sales materials and collaborate closely with internal teams like Product and Campaign Management, serving as a key player to ensure client satisfaction and ultimate success.

3+ years of strong sales experience in online advertising or media sales.

An excellent track record of prospecting, building strong pipelines, winning business, and account management.

Well-connected with major advertising agencies and experience forging strong client relationships.

Good knowledge of everything digital and a firm understanding of online video, content marketing and/or the display advertising landscape in Switzerland.

Good technical knowledge of ad-serving and tracking technologies, as well as a solid grasp of arithmetic, performance analysis, and strategic selling techniques.

Knowledge of Programmatic buying and selling is a big plus.

University or FH degree, alternatively an apprenticeship and relevant work experience.

Proficient in German and English.

Proficient with Google Workspace, in particular Spreadsheets and Slides.

Confident self-starter who learns quickly, uses their own initiative, and is motivated to get the job done effectively.
