Compensation: Guaranteed base salary + uncapped commission per qualified lead/sale.
About Us:Assetara Limited is an international fintech and blockchain ecosystem. We are expanding our footprint in the DACH region and are looking for proactive B2B Telesales Specialists to drive our initial client outreach.
Key Responsibilities:- Outbound Cold Calling: Actively call prospective B2B clients and introduce Assetara’s ecosystem.

Qualification:
Identify decision‑makers, assess their interest, and schedule follow‑up meetings for the Business Development team. - Pipeline Management: Log all calls, outcomes, and follow‑ups accurately in our CRM system.
- Daily Targets: Meet reasonable daily call volume and meeting‑booking KPIs.
- Native or C1-level German; good working knowledge of English.
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B outbound sales.
- High resilience, excellent phone etiquette, and persuasive communication skills.
- A secure base salary plus an attractive, uncapped commission structure.
- 100% remote work with flexible but consistent working hours.
- Comprehensive training on our fintech products and sales scripts.
