Job Summary

Financial Markets Sales representative based in Singapore with the primary responsibility of covering Commodity Derivatives for Corporate and Commodity Trader Clients. The mandate focuses on commodity flow business in Asia time zone across asset classes – Energy, Base Metals, Precious Metals and Agricultural Commodities. Responsibilities include pricing and quoting clients, booking deals, and calculation of XVA, RoRWA, ROE, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Cover existing commodity client portfolio in GCNA and develop new business opportunities in the Greater China space.
Grow the structured commodity portfolio and originate new business and clients.
Collaborate with Trading, Research, Structuring, Credit, CIB, Risk and other teams to drive cross‑sell and revenue.
Manage and maintain assigned accounts, ensuring service delivery and compliance with market best practices.
Ensure pricing and support for clients, including trade execution, record keeping, and best execution.
Participate in global financial markets initiatives and align with risk books.

Business Objectives

Achieve full‑year budget for client income as per annual P3 document.
Generate specified financial markets product mix.
Act as an individual contributor to revenue targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

5+ years experience in commodity sales with understanding of risk management and hedging.
Experience in the physical commodities space preferred.
Knowledge of commodity value chain across production, trading, and consumption.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Business‑level proficiency in Chinese and English preferred.
Relevant professional certifications and continuous learning commitment.
