Renewal by Andersen is seeking a results-driven sales specialist to reach homeowners, discuss window and door solutions, and schedule in-home consultations with our sales team. This fully remote role is based in New Jersey.
You will handle a high volume of outbound calls, maintain accurate appointment records, and work with CRM and dialer systems; a high school diploma and at least 2 years of sales experience are preferred. Must be able to work mornings/evenings, with weekend shifts.
