Continuous Part-Time, 20‑25 hours per week. The average sales associate visits 6‑10+ accounts per day and may need to be available in stores during 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday‑Friday, unless business needs require otherwise.

Hourly rate: $15.50‑$16.50, depending on skill, experience, and geographic location.

• Sell and maintain 100 % distribution of all “authorized” Hershey items in the assigned territory.
• Execute Retail Execution Plans by using permanent secondary displays and other display vehicles.
• Report weekly activity, expenses, account changes, promotions, and administrative functions.
• Submit daily activities via tablet upon completion of each day.
• Manage sales territory, which varies by size, number of retailers, and location.

• Valid U.S. state‑issued driver’s license.
• Personal vehicle in sound operating condition.
• Auto insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000 per person / $100,000 per accident / $100,000 property damage, permitting business use.
• Willingness to reside or commute within the following ZIP codes: 75116, 75134, 75180, 75201, 75202, 75203, 75204, 75205, 75207, 75208, 75209, 75211, 75212, 75215, 75217, 75219, 75220, 75224, 75225, 75226, 75232, 75233, 75235, 75236, 75237, 75241, 75247.
• Comfortable driving long distances (up to 55 miles per day) to make multiple sales calls.
• Ability to lift 10‑40 lbs., bend, kneel, stoop, and demonstrate manual dexterity.
• Proficient with tablet technology and reliable daily access to wireless internet.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changes in territory coverage.
• Availability to work 20‑25 hours per week.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred: 3‑4 years of food merchandising experience (not required).

This remote position requires personal vehicle use; mileage will be reimbursed at 62 cents per mile. Candidates must be able to travel to each store location in the territory.
