Strategic Account Manager

Position: Strategic Account Manager - Hybrid Role
Lead growth for O2E Brands as a Strategic Account Manager in a hybrid work model. Focus on retaining and expanding a $5M+ customer portfolio across North America with consultative sales strategies.

In this strategic role, you'll manage relationships with corporate decision-makers and field-level operators in a consultative manner. Your focus will revolve around achieving over 50% growth YoY by developing strategic account plans that increase engagement and revenue. Building trust and maintaining executive-level relationships will be key to your success in driving customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a $5M+ enterprise Property Management customer portfolio

• Develop strategic account plans across multiple regions

• Build lasting executive relationships with corporate clients

• Identify new opportunities and close existing accounts

• Lead account-based sales campaigns via Salesforce

Requirements:

• 3+ years in strategic account management for enterprise portfolios

• Proven success in consultative selling and portfolio growth

• Exceptional executive presence and relationship-building skills

• Strong collaboration with franchise and internal teams

• Proficient in Salesforce for pipeline management
