Location

Sales Insurance Broker – no insurance experience required; training and RIBO license support provided. Licensed candidates with at least one year of experience start at $45,000 + commission; non‑licensed candidates start at $40,000 + commission.

• Identify customer needs and exceed client expectations.
• Manage customer calls and other contact channels to achieve sales objectives.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge of auto and property insurance.
• Enter customer underwriting information accurately into the quoting system.
• Generate premium estimates and discuss product and price options with clients.
• Sell policies based on product features and company offerings.
• Up‑sell and cross‑sell additional coverage.
• Answer inquiries regarding coverage, deductibles, claims, and processes.

• High school diploma required; post‑secondary education preferred.
• Proven sales success.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Calm under pressure and positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to work effectively within a dynamic team.
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
• Insurance experience not required.
