Territory Manager

Position: Territory Manager in Greater
DRC Imports is searching for a motivated Territory Manager to oversee a hybrid territory in Greater Vancouver. This role combines fieldwork and home office tasks while managing retail and on-premise outlets.

Your mission as the Territory Manager will be to enhance sales through a prestigious portfolio of wine estates and distilleries. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience. You’ll work both independently and within teams, focusing on goals, customer engagement, and building lasting relationships with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a structured route plan within the territory

• Strengthen product distribution with existing accounts

• Build lasting relationships with restaurant contacts

• Conduct training sessions for trade and consumers

• Utilize social media for modern business strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in beverage alcohol sales

• Strong communication skills in writing and speaking

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid Alberta Driver’s License

• Comfortable lifting 50 lbs regularly

• Valid Serving It Right Certification
