Kensington is on the lookout for a dedicated Sales Consultant, a role referred to as Destination Expert. With over 120 countries on offer, you will utilize consultative selling to convert inbound inquiries into high-value bookings tailored for clients. This position does not require previous travel industry experience, as four weeks of comprehensive training will ensure you are equipped for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and convert inbound leads across various channels

• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client preferences

• Present customized itinerary proposals for luxury trips

• Proactively follow up and manage your sales pipeline

• Build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals

Requirements:

• 2+ years in a sales role with a strong track record

• Experience in managing inbound leads and sales pipeline

• Strong consultative selling skills and excellent communication

• Quick learner of new technologies and CRM systems

• Self-motivated and organized for success
