Every call comes from an existing appliance owner—no cold calling required. You'll educate customers on the value of extended protection plans, overcome objections, and confidently close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

Answer inbound calls from existing appliance owners

Recommend extended warranty and protection plans

Build rapport and identify customer needs

Handle objections and confidently close sales

Meet and exceed sales and quality goals

Maintain accurate customer documentation

What We're Looking For

Minimum 6 months of sales experience (retail, phone or inside sales)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Confidence asking for the sale and overcoming objections

Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset

Reliable attendance and commitment to your schedule

Legally authorized to work in Canada

Technical Requirements

Bring Your Own Device (BYOD):
