We are seeking a Partner Sales Director who will evaluate and grow strategic partnerships, contributing to User Testing's increasing market presence. Reporting to the VP of Global Partnerships & Ecosystems, you will focus on relationships with ISVs, agencies, and consulting firms while aligning with enterprise priorities and sales strategies. Evaluating partnership effectiveness will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prioritize strategic partners for growth

• Create collaborative business plans to generate revenue

• Execute co-sell strategies in partnership with sales

• Manage negotiations with executive stakeholders

• Define success metrics for partnerships

Requirements:

• 7-10+ years in SaaS Partnerships or Sales

• Demonstrated success in strategic partnership development

• Experience with ISVs and consulting firms

• Strong communication and negotiation proficiency

• Capable of up to 40% travel
