RWI Law, a mission-driven and rapidly growing law firm based in Minneapolis, MN, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to help guide potential clients through the first and most critical step in their legal journey. This is a full-time, remote role that combines empathy, sales skills, and legal service knowledge to change lives for the better.

• Confidently discuss and close high-ticket retainers
• Be available to work Central Time hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CT).
• Meet with scheduled prospects in person and by phone/video
• Present the firm’s legal services clearly and persuasively
• Collaborate with attorneys and intake staff for smooth client onboarding
• Track leads, calls, and conversions in our CRM
• Participate in weekly training andsalescoaching sessions
• Consistently hit and exceed daily call, contact, and revenue goals.
• Accurately track conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes in our CRM.
• Continuously improve through feedback, coaching, and performance tracking.
• Record monthly and quarterlysalesand performance goals, ensuring they are consistently met or exceeded.
• Maintain an updated customer database, ensuring accurate information on prospective and past clients for effective follow‑up and relationship building.

• You have proven phonesalesexperience (inside sales, call center, or B2C)
• You're comfortable spending most of your day on Zoom or the phone
• You are competitive, coachable, and metrics-driven
• You manage your time well in a remote environment- no babysitting required
• You believesalesis a skill to be mastered, not ajobto tolerate

• Fluent in English (verbal & written)
• Experienced in Sales: 2+ years of sales closing experience
• Empathetic Communicator:
  Able to speak with warmth and confidence to clients in emotionally vulnerable situations
• Organized & Self-Driven:
  You manage your time well, follow up without being told, and consistently hit your goals
• Remote-Ready:
  You're comfortable working from home in a professional environment

• $32,400 yearly + bonus commission
• $32,400 per year
