Account Executive

John Charles Search are representing a leading provider of high-quality warehouse storage solutions, known for their innovative approach and dedication to customer satisfaction.

We’re seeking an Account Executive with extensive experience in selling warehouse storage solutions. This role focuses on driving new business, managing client relationships, and overseeing the full sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

• $70K-$85K annual base salary + uncapped commission (OTE $150k+).

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning, lead generation, cold calls, walk-ins, and trade show participation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, from initial consultation to invoicing and project completion.
• Maintain deep knowledge of racking, shelving, mezzanines and other storage solutions.
• Provide daily reports to the Sales Manager, track sales metrics and support pricing and quoting strategies.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in pallet racking, cantilever racking, mezzanine floors or dock & door equipment.
• Proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships.
• Strong communication, research and self-motivation skills.
• Own a vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or other warehouse layout tools is a plus.
