Our Toledo based company is the leader in providing e-commerce solutions to the outdoor sporting goods and shooting sports industries. We have been in business since 2006 and currently employ 7 people. We are a solid company that has a good reputation in the business. Our software platform includes disruptive technologies which rival big name solutions coming out of Silicon Valley.

We are prepping to launch a new game changing platform, so it is time to grow.

The candidates we are seeking are entrepreneurial, motivated, hardworking, and enjoy being recognized as industry leaders. Account managers are responsible for initial sales and client on-boarding, as well as long-term client retention and happiness. You should be a salesman who can close a CEO, but also a jack of all trades problem solver.

We want go-getters, friendly faces, and soothing voices. If you are afraid of cold calling or want leads handed to you on platter, this is not the job for you. (We do have tons of hot leads now though!) Being a smaller second stage start up, you get your hands involved in a little bit of everything. We work hard we play hard, you will not be bored here.

Your main focus here will be to contact new leads, give a 1 on 1 or group web demonstration (gotomeeting or gotowebinar), assist the client through contract and close, follow up with the client after project completion, and on a regular basis contact existing clients to suggest additional services.

Account managers do travel a few times a year to trade shows. If you are applying, you should enjoy traveling and attending trade-shows/conferences.

Our Maumee offices are a relaxed atmosphere, open, and dog friendly. Lunches are catered on Fridays an there is usually beer in the fridge. Our standard hours are 9-6 M-F, sometimes overtime is required to meet deadlines. However we do allow flex time and work from home time. 2 weeks vacation are standard.

• Salary depends upon experience, but remember, we are a start up not a fortune 500. We expect you to make a minimum of 40k after commissions and bonuses, if you can’t make that you don’t belong here.
• We want you to make 75k +, and hope that you can become a leader and make over $100,000 in the future.

This position would also be awesome for someone that has started their own web design business, but seeks to grow and have stability. It is also excellent for those that just graduated with e-commerce, sales, and marketing degrees.
