CXT Software is seeking an Account Manager who will own a multi-million dollar portfolio and drive expansion, retention, and customer outcomes. This role leads the rebuild of the AM function and requires owning Net Revenue Retention for the book, negotiating expansions, renewals, and pricing with customers.
You will partner with Product, Support, and Services to refine playbooks and deliver results, while building pipeline with 3-4x coverage and maintaining accurate forecasts in CRM.
