The Business Development Representative (BDR) utilizes a combination of telephone calls and email follow-up to contact prospects to develop potential sales leads for the sales team. The BDR is also responsible for the documentation of their prospecting efforts.

This remote position is U.S.

-based only (excluding U.S. territories)

• Conduct outbound prospecting cold calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads
• Research and identify potential customers using tools like Zoom Info, Apollo, Linked In, CRM software, and industry databases
• Qualify leads through discovery conversations to understand business needs and pain points
• Set up meetings or calls between qualified prospects and the sales team
• Maintain accurate and current records of all activities in the CRM system (Net Suite)
• Collaborate with marketing to follow up on leads and campaigns
• Meet and exceed KPIs including outreach volume (calls, emails, social touches) and qualified opportunities generated

You will be welcomed as a member of the Sales Training Team, a team of about 15 people, and the larger Sales and Marketing organization. • 2+ years of professional business experience with a strong interest in building a career in sales.
• Ability and desire to make cold calls
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage, influence, and build rapport with customers and colleagues
