We're looking for motivated, self-driven individuals to join our growing team of licensed life insurance agents. This is a true entrepreneurial role — you control your schedule, your income, and your ceiling. There are no quotas to chase and no commission caps to hit. What You’ll Do

• Connect with individuals and families to understand their financial protection needs.
• Present and sell term, whole, and universal life insurance products from top-rated carriers.
• Manage your own pipeline, schedule, and client follow-up.
• Stay current on products, underwriting guidelines, and industry best practices.
• Optional:
  Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of your own agents and earn overrides on their production.

What We’re Looking For

• Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable with commission-based income.
• Strong communication skills and genuine care for client outcomes.
• Active life insurance license or willingness to obtain one — we'll help you access a discounted, high-quality pre-licensing program to get started.
• Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and the discipline to work independently.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required; character and drive matter more.
• Commission-only, independent contractor (1099).
• First-year commissions, renewals, and residual income on persisting policies.
