What You'll Do

• Connect with individuals and families to understand their financial protection needs.
• Present and sell term, whole, and universallife insurance products from top-rated carriers.
• Manage your own pipeline, schedule, and clientfollow-up.
• Stay current on products, underwritingguidelines, and industry best practices.
• Optional:
  Recruit, mentor, and lead a teamof your own agents and earn overrides on their production.

What We're Looking For

• Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable with commission-based income.
• Strong communication skills and genuinecare for client outcomes.
• Active life insurance license or willingness to obtain one — we'll help you access adiscounted, high-quality pre-licensing program to getstarted.
• Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, andthe discipline to work independently.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required; character and drive matter more.
• Commission-only, independent contractor(1099).
