We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) Property & Casualty Licensed Sales Agent who is passionate about sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow a rewarding career.

Compensation &

Incentives:

• Base compensation up to $40,000*
• Uncapped commissions with potential earnings of $100,000+ annually
• Monthly and annual performance incentives totaling $20,000+
• Paid training and clear career growth opportunities

Schedule & Work Environment:

• Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
• First 6 months in-office (Plano, TX) for training and onboarding
• After 6 months:
  Hybrid agreed upon schedule
• After 12 months or upon reaching production goals: 100% remote option

Position Overview:

As a Bi-Lingual Sales Agent, you ll be responsible for selling Auto, Home, Landlord, and Renters Insurance to new and existing clients. This is a high-income potential position with a strong base salary and commission structure designed to reward top performers.
