We're looking for motivated, self-driven individuals to join our growing team of licensed life insurance agents. Thisis a true entrepreneurial role — you control your schedule, your income, and your ceiling. There are no quotas to chase and no commission caps to hit. Whether you're an experienced producer looking for abetter split or someone hungry to break into the industry, you'llget the training, lead support, and carrier access you need tobuild a book of business that pays you for years.

• Connect with individuals and families to understand their financial protection needs.
• Present and sell term, whole, and universal life insurance products from top-rated carriers.
• Manage your own pipeline, schedule, and client follow-up.
• Stay current on products, underwriting guidelines, and industry best practices.
• Optional:
  Recruit, mentor, and lead a teamof your own agents and earn overrides on their production.
