Sales Associate

Role Description The Sales Associate role at Lexa Design LLC is a full-time, hybrid position based in Las Vegas, NV, with flexibility for some work from home. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing clients, respond to inquiries, present product and service offerings, and provide guidance to help clients select solutions that meet their needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing leads, conducting follow-up via phone, email, and in-person meetings, preparing quotes or estimates, and supporting the sales cycle from initial contact through closing.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs, and participating in promotional events or showroom activities as needed. The Sales Associate is expected to deliver professional, customer-focused service, meet or exceed sales targets, and represent the Lexa Design brand consistently.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and in writing.
• Sales aptitude, including lead management, consultative selling, and follow-up skills, with a focus on meeting or surpassing sales goals.
• Organization and time management skills to handle multiple inquiries, track opportunities, and maintain accurate documentation and CRM entries.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with office software, online communication tools, and sales or CRM platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site responsibilities in Las Vegas, NV with independent work from home.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to coordinate with design, operations, and management teams to support project success.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity, with attention to detail and a commitment to excellent client experiences.
• Prior experience in sales, retail, design, or related fields is beneficial; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and additional education in business, marketing, or design is a plus.
