Retail Sales Representative

Victory Solutions Enterprises Inc. is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our team in Fresno, CA. If you enjoy meeting new people, providing excellent customer service, and helping customers find products and services that fit their needs, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an in-person retail position where you'll work directly with customers in a professional retail environment. Whether you're starting your career or looking to grow your sales experience, we provide the training and support to help you succeed.

Note: This is an in-person retail position. It is not a remote/work-from-home role and does not involve door-to-door sales.

• Welcome customers and create a positive, professional first impression.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products and services that best fit their goals.
• Educate customers on product features, pricing, promotions, and available service options.
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Identify sales opportunities by asking thoughtful questions and providing personalized recommendations.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers when appropriate to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotional offers through ongoing training.
• Assist with merchandising, product displays, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver an outstanding customer experience and support daily store operations.
• Accurately document customer interactions and complete required sales and administrative tasks.
• Represent Victory Solutions Enterprises Inc. with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm at all times.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Reliable, dependable, and professional.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Must be able to commute to our Fresno, CA location.

• Competitive hourly pay of $19.00–$22.00 per hour
